Perception Group™ has its corporate headquarters in Toronto, Canada. Global sales and marketing operations are handled by the subsidiary Perception TVCDN Ltd. in London, while Fora d.o.o. manages the software development, support, and services center in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The newest office, based in Dubai, specializes in IP licensing and enterprise project planning and design consultancy. Fora d.o.o.’s development office has been ISO9001 certified since 2008, ensuring best practices and automation processes for both development and service operations.
Perception Group's flagship product brand, Perception TVCDN™, is the world’s most advanced hypermedia platform powered by the next-generation TVCDN — a content delivery network with embedded full IPTV functionality. This comprehensive, end-to-end video solution integrates live TV with live rewind and PVR (Personal Video Recorder), VOD (Video on Demand) delivery, and e-commerce. It includes 18 native apps that support all popular mobile and smart TV ecosystems.
Perception TVCDN is the ideal delivery platform for telcos, ISPs, broadcasters, and content owners who wish to offer their own OTT (Over-the-Top) TV services. The platform is optimized for a hybrid, multi-screen operation model, supporting both OTT cloud services and IPTV WAN on-net delivery. This one-stop solution provides a complete set of operational capabilities, including subscriber management, payment processing, and all tools required to operate a fully functional streaming media and e-commerce ecosystem. The private TVCDN infrastructure ensures cost-effective, secure, and scalable delivery of VOD and linear TV channels, with automated live-rewind, catch-up, and cloud PVR features available on any screen, anywhere in the world.
Since its commercial launch in 2005, Perception TVCDN has proven itself as a leading platform. It is available as an on-premise SaaS deployment or as a fully managed PaaS cloud solution with global reach.
What is our core activity?
We are a marketplace CDN solution provider at core. To enable rapid fast-to-market deployments we are also providing the most advanced OTT IPTV apps as part of our TVCDN turn-key solution. Perception TVCDN can be ordered as a SaaS onsite installed solution or a private cloud custom branded instance running from our private cloud infrastructure. Revenue share and/or per user/per server commercial models are supported with the proven best in class ROI and OPEX to ARPU performance ratio.

Matt Vidmar
Chairman and CSO
Matt (Matjaz) Vidmar's internet TV knowledge goes back to the year 2000, when he deployed a world first award winning IPTV service in Mumbai. In 2005, he started the Vision Group, launching Playout247 followed by Vision247. The group grew to 5 companies all operating in IPTV/OTT related sectors. In 2019 he exited Vision group, focusing on the new Perception Group™ business becoming a major TVCDN technology and services provider.
As a strategic visionary and innovator alongside his business skills, Matt provides the company with a balanced view of technology and business strategy addressing new markets and the future growth of the company including the Perception TVCDN platform product evolution.
As Chairman and Strategy Director, Matt is now focused on growth funding and driving the Perception TVCDN strategy into managed cloud services with a focus to also introduce own brand B2C OTT products – a NewWave multi-play social media TV content service.
John Mills
CEO
John Mills was Commercial Director at HomeChoice, the UK’s first consumer IPTV platform, prior to co-founding Vision247 as CEO in 2007. Building on a base of traditional broadcast services, John lead expansion into internet TV services delivering over 150 online channels including the first hybrid internet/DTT service on Freeview.
His pioneering background and broadcast business expertise provided the ideal basis to lead the global licensing of Perception’s award winning on-premise IPTV/OTT multiscreen platform.
John now leads the next phase of Perception’s development as CEO of Perception TVCDN Ltd, responsible for the delivery of its new fully integrated global TVCDN.
Gregor Fuis
CTO/COO
Gregor Fuis has acquired his IPTV expertise at Iskratel, the leading company in this field at the time, from 2003 through until 2012, covering a variety of senior product and engineering roles. He joined Vision Group (now restructured as Perception Group) as CTO in charge of the software development and operation in 2012.
Gregor provides an immense wealth of IPTV, OTT & CDN knowledge especially related to the provision of services for Telco enterprise grade white-label customers.
Gregor serves as MD of Fora d.o.o. subsidiary, the company responsible for Perception TVCDN software development, new service deployments and Perception Cloud admin. He is also in the position as Perception Group CTO & interim COO.
Peter Cox
CMO
Peter Cox's background was corporate working in the FMCG market moving into the technology space with brands such as Sony, Panasonic. Moving to the wireless market he joined O2, responsible for driving channel distribution growth in the UK and Europe.
He brings an in-depth knowledge of the corporate world, its operational methods and now a deep understanding of the transition underway within these businesses as they look to integrate TV into a growing mix of fixed and wireless consumer services.
Peter is group CMO, responsible for the direction of the company’s core marketing activities and its execution throughout the world.
Brian Kennedy
CFO
Brian Kennedy’s experience spans CEO, CFO and Board of Directors positions with both Public and Private Companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University’s School of Business located in Toronto Canada and obtained his Chartered Accountant (CPA/CA/BBA) designation while working at Deloitte.
Brian has extensive experience in executive management, corporate finance, business planning, accounting and financial reporting. He is also an expert in intellectual property licensing and international taxation.
Brian serves as a board member and CFO of Perception Group, while he also sits on the boards of various portfolio companies, providing financial audit committee services.
